Jorge is a highly accomplished loan officer with 25+ years of experience in the mortgage industry and 15+ years of experience investing in new constructions homes throughout California and Arizona. As a result, I have been fortunate enough to achieve positive experiences in all aspects of the real estate investment process and financing.

Ron Johnson has been a partner at SoCal Platinum Properties since the company’s inception in July 2020. He brings 20 years of independent real estate experience to the table, having served as an agent from January 2000 until opening SoCal Platinum Properties with Jorge Abich.

He is a licensed real estate agent whose experience includes many years of employments at the executive level with Global apparel retail supply firms. He was also the president and co-founder of Wyndam Brands Apparel, during his sales and marketing career Ron has received many top achievement awards including the Chairman’s Council Award for Outstanding Sales Achievement in 2004 and 2005. Sales person the year twice as well as Rookie of the year with century 21 in Pasadena.

Ron holds an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Los Angeles City College and earned a certificate of achievement in retail management from Los Angeles City College. Ron has been married for 34 years and have a daughter. Ron is a passionate Laker fan, holding season tickets since 1982. He also enjoys playing basketball as well as tennis.

Roy can consult with buyers and sellers on how to acquire and dispose of investment, retail, industrial and office real estate.

Together, they volunteer time in leadership positions (at the local and state level). Roy is the past president of the Arcadia Association of Realtors, where Irene served as a director for several years. Roy and Irene participate in community functions across Southern California and volunteer their time to non-profit groups and associations in the communities that they serve.
